TOWN PLANNING

Through our parent company, Atomic 6 has been doing land development and town planning permits (also known as subdivision or DAs) since 2002. 

We have a full time dedicated town planner which makes all the difference in submitting a town planning permit and liaising with council. We have a strong development background, so we know what it takes to make a profitable and successful project and can provide you with more than simple advice about just town planning, as this is only part of ensuring profitability. 

We will be more than happy to provide you with a town planning and profitability feasibility as the first step to ensure that your expectations are real. This will also give you an insight into how we operate and why we are successful at this process. This is a free service (within reason). 

Being that we specialize in modular construction, designing a development that is better suited to modular from the beginning - this will save you additional time and money. 

Our prices are very simple with town planning as we care more about establishing a relationship than making higher profits. Town Planning is only one stage of the entire process.

 

Typically there is a base cost for the 1st unit of around $5,000 which covers the entire application (design and town planning reports / council liaising), then a smaller fee of around $2,000 per extra unit thereafter. Really keeping this cost down as low as possible. Apartments are charged slightly differently.
